Update of Kognifai IoT services

We will update the IoT Services to introduce new sensor calculation capabilities, edge connectivity features, and fleet registry improvements, along with bug fixes and stability improvements.
Dashboards may be unresponsive, and data streaming may experience delays during this period. All existing sensors and configurations will continue to work as expected after the update.
